Ullrich hot-mix storage silos ensure continuous and rational operation of mixing plants. Uninterrupted dispatch of trucks, no waiting times. Given the same effort, they allow for a considerable increase of daily output, no interruption of mixing operation caused by lack of means of transport, better usage of pavers, and improved hot-mix quality due to continuous operation.

The hot-mix silo plants are used to store and maintain the temperature of the different types of mix. There are skip systems that have transported more than 500,000 tons per year without malfunction under the hardest of conditions.

The silos come as prefabricated sections that we install on location. An approved structural analysis can also be provided. Modern miprotec M4 control system, vizualisation on color monitor.

We hold the Welding Certificate acc. to EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2 EXC 2 and warrant top class plant construction.

With our welding certificate against DIN EN 1090-2 EXC 2 we guarantee for a steel work in first class quality. The supervision of our welding quality by ultrasonic testing method against DIN EN ISO 9712 and DIN EN ISO 17640 can also be provided as an external service by our certified engineers.
